The Thirty-Third AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AAAI-19) was held fromJanuary 27 \u2013 February 1, 2019 at tHawaii, USA. The purpose of the AAAI conference is to promote research in artificial intelligence (AI) and scientific exchange among AI researchers, practitioners, scientists, and engineers in affiliated disciplines.
CSoI\u2019s Jennifer Neville participatedas a panelist during the conference on Artificial Intelligence.
The debate examines the broad theme of whether machine learning or good, old fashioned AI will be more critical to bringing AI systems beyond prediction to acting autonomously.
