The Data Mine Program

The National Data Mine Network will enable undergraduate students at minority-serving institutions to learn data science with hands-on work in research or data science projects informed by industry partners.

The students will use high-performance computing to solve data-driven challenges that arise in various sectors of industry. The project received three-year grant funding earlier this year from the National Science Foundation.
