The CSoI Channels Scholars REU program offers research and mentoring opportunities for undergraduate students* interested in the field of Science of Information by pairing them with a faculty member to complete a research project over the academic year or summer. Awardees spend 12-15 hrs/week on their project during the Fall and Spring semesters while taking classes and receive a stipend for their research.

*must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents
