    Privacy rules apply to individually identifiable data.

    While there are many privacy metrics, it is not clear when data is
    individually identifiable with respect to these metrics. I will
    present an approach that enables relating information disclosure to
    risk of harm, discuss how this applies to different privacy metrics,
    and present challenges for Science of Information that arise.*
